About the Role:
As Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for managing the payroll process and supporting the wider HR/Finance teams as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing end-to-end payroll on a regular basis
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC and statutory regulation
- Managing starters, leavers, and changes to employee records
- Handling payroll queries from staff in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee data
About You:
Previous payroll experience is essential
Experience processing UK payroll from start to finish is highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Proficient with payroll systems and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
