We are recruiting for a QA Technician, or a Production Operative (with food industry experience) to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food manufacturing quality experience to join a busy technical team on a long-term temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. If you do not possess quality experience then you will still be considered if you have good production experience in an FMCG industry (training will be provided)
This is a hands-on, role where you will play a key part in maintaining food safety, quality, and compliance standards across production operations.

Essential:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related fieldSubstantial project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of product development life cyclesProficiency in project management tools and NPI processesExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailDesirable:
PMQ or equivalent project management certificationSAP experienceWhat's on offer
