Role Requirements:

Demonstrates an understanding of client/customer needs not limited to service line.Demonstrates exceptional client service (both internal and external) and understands its importance to the firm as well as clients.Demonstrates the ability to look forward at industry and wider legislative (or otherwise) changes which may affect clients and proactively seeks to offer support where appropriate.Is able to tailor services to match client requirements in regard to scope and deliverables, timing and cost of services provided.Understands client core priorities and challenges and is able to advise on ways that their internal process and procedures could be reviewed to assist in their achievement.Is able to confidently lead meetings with stakeholders.Maintains a regular in-person dialogue with clients as a primary point of contact and uses this to improve client service and identify sales opportunities.Actively increases knowledge and awareness of business and competitive environment to seek out opportunities.Maintains passion and commitment to goals, in the face of obstacles and frustrations, seeking to understand the reason for these and ways to overcome them.Effectively communicates objectives and motivates and supports people through times of change.Role models and motivates others to work efficiently and to embrace new technologies and ways of working to achieve this.Acts quickly to resolve quality issues raised and seeks to analyse the cause of such issues to rectify.

Personal Requirements -

CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualifiedClients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantageProficient in reviewing final tax packs/transmittal letters for medium risk Private Tax clients.Proficient in preparing final tax packs/transmittal letters for higher risk Private Tax clients.

Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting one of our well established clients based in Wolverhampton. As a Private Client Tax Senior, you will begin to take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager and support in delivering revenue and profitability targets.

Role Requirements:

Responsible for a number of client relationships, including non-residents, non-domiciled individuals, high net worth individuals and trusts, supporting them on a variety of compliance matters.Principal point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand developments in their personal tax affairs, ensuring they are up to date with their compliance obligations and legislative changes, helping them assess the impact for them and keeping abreast of new opportunities.Manage variety of compliance matters.Ensure clients are up to date with their compliance obligations and legislative changes, helping them assess the impact for them and keeping abreast of new opportunities.Review tax returns and computations.Ensure the efficient and risk managed delivery.Responsible for complying with all internal risk management procedures.

Personal Requirements -

Potentially ATT qualified and now actively studying towards your CTA.We will provide you full study support including paid study leave, mentorship and coaching.Previous Personal/Private Client/Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential.
