The Role:Processing payrolls for around 180 companies, covering approximately 800 employees.A mixture of payroll frequencies - including weekly, four-weekly, and monthly - with the vast majority being straightforward monthly salaried payrolls.Payroll sizes vary: the largest has around 40 employees, while around 60 are single-employee payrolls.Full end-to-end payroll processing using Qtac/Qpay.Managing Pension Auto Enrolment obligations.Ensuring all payrolls are delivered accurately and on time to meet client expectations.Handling payroll queries professionally and efficiently.The Person:Previous practice experience is essential - you'll be used to running multiple payrolls for a variety of clients.Knowledge of Qtac/Qpay is desirable, but not essential.Hands-on, detail-focused, and able to work confidently to strict deadlines.Experienced in dealing with Pension Auto Enrolment.Comfortable working 100% office-based in Leighton Buzzard.Benefits & Package:Circa £35,0004% non-contributory pension scheme.Competitive holiday plus bank holidays (currently under review for improvement).Membership of a health scheme.Contribution towards annual car parking costs.Office hours: 9-5 with 30 mins lunch Monday-Thursday, and 9-3 on Fridays.This is a stable, secure, and supportive firm where you will be the go-to payroll expert, making a real impact in a close-knit practice environment.
