Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Business Analyst who can demonstrate:

Proven experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or a similar data-focused analytical position.Strong Power BI expertise, including the development of interactive dashboards, data models and management reporting.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with complex datasets and multiple data sources.Excellent analytical and numerical ability, with a strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation and reporting integrity.The confidence to question data, challenge assumptions and investigate inconsistencies rather than simply accepting information at face value.Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.The ability to interpret complex information and translate findings into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Desirable Experience

Based at the organisation's Wokingham office, with a requirement to attend four days per week and the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
