Are you a strategic, commercially minded professional with a passion for driving supplier performance and delivering value across operations? Butler Rose are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Procurement Manager to join a dynamic and growing organisation within the hospitality and retail sector.
This is a field-based position with regular travel to suppliers, operational sites, and occasional visits to Head Office for key meetings.

Proven experience in a Commercial or Procurement Manager roleStrong leadership skills, with previous line management experienceStrategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsHighly organised, proactive, and capable of working autonomouslyProficient in MS Office toolsFull UK driving licence (essential)Working Relationships:
Internal
Collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Suppliers, logistics partners, and sector-specific service providers.
Travel & Working Arrangements:
This role is field-based and will require regular travel across the UK to attend meetings with suppliers, field-based teams, and support business operations. Occasional Head Office visits will also be necessary.
