What you'll be doing

Advising on and implementing corporate restructures for SMEsAdvising on and implementing trust strategies for SME owners, property businesses and farmsAdvising on and implementing lifetime Inheritance Tax planningAdvising on leaving and returning to the UKPatent box advicePlanning, implementing and monitoring employee incentive schemesDealing with consequent compliance and corporate filingsCreating tax strategies for clients and planning their financial futuresCarrying out detailed computations to calculate tax liability and advising on how to minimise a client's liabilityEstablishing and structuring family trustsEstate planning and advising on tax residence and domicile mattersDrafting of Wills and Power of Attorney documentationProviding guidance on indirect taxation issues such as VAT, customs planning and environmental taxesProducing reports and presentations for clients

What we're looking for

ATT or CTA qualifiedExcellent numeracy skillsA logical and analytical mindThe ability to interpret and explain complex legislation to non-specialistsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTime management and the ability to work to tight deadlinesTact and discretion, as most of the work is confidentialCommercial awarenessA methodical approach to record keepingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
