Butler Rose is delighted to be supporting a globally recognised market leader with the recruitment of a Senior Insolvency Regulatory Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional to take on a senior regulatory role within a leading professional standards organisation.
In this role, you'll manage a varied portfolio of insolvency regulatory casework, overseeing licensing applications, monitoring activities, and regulatory reporting. You'll lead a small team, ensuring regulatory processes run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct. Beyond the operational aspects, you'll also play an active role in shaping insolvency regulatory policy, representing the organisation at key industry forums, contributing to consultations, and engaging with government and oversight bodies.
This is a senior position that requires significant insolvency expertise, ideally supported by JIEB or equivalent qualifications. You'll have a strong grasp of UK insolvency legislation, excellent analytical skills, and confidence dealing with complex regulatory matters. First-class written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the profession.
Whether you're looking for a full remote set-up or a hybrid arrangement, our client can offer flexibility to suit your circumstances.
Our client can offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension contribution and holiday allowance, fully remote - contributing to an excellent work/life balance, and an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a high-profile leadership role.
