Main Responsibilities:
Acting as a trusted business partner to the Divisional Leadership Team, helping shape and execute global strategyLeading the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and all aspects of financial performanceOverseeing financial consolidation, statutory compliance, and reporting requirementsEnsuring adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and corporate governance standardsDriving continuous improvement across financial processes, FP&A, and complianceLeading and supporting both internal and external auditsGuiding the business to achieve ambitious short- and long-term objectivesWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/ACA qualified preferred)Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-OxleyAt least 10 year's controlling and accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environmentProven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levelsAdvanced proficiency in Excel; HFM knowledge is a plusWhat's on offer:
