This opportunity has arisen due to recent changes within the finance team, and our client requires additional support across purchase ledger and wider accounting functions. Key Responsibilities:Accurately processing supplier invoices
Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining correct balances
Processing supplier payments and reconciling accordingly
Conducting weekly ledger reviews for management reporting
Handling supplier queries in a professional manner
Performing cash and bank reconciliations
Assisting with stock management tasks
Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger or a general accounts role
AAT qualification (preferred), though strong relevant experience will also be considered
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical ability and sound Excel skills
