Role Responsibilities
Preparation of management accounts.Year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a wide range of industries.Preparation of VAT, corporation tax and income tax returns.Working with cloud accounting packages such as Xero and QuickBooks.Addressing client queries and providing high-quality support.Assisting and mentoring trainee accountants within the team.Reporting to the Audit & Accounts Manager.Personal Requirements

Role Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team at varying levels of experience, fostering professional growth.Oversee the workflow of audit and accounts assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Allocate work effectively based on capacity and skillsets within the team.Review audit and accounts files for technical accuracy, compliance and adherence to best practice.Lead client engagements, acting as a trusted point of contact for partners and clients.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to developing internal processes.Apply technical knowledge in audits, accounts preparation, personal tax and general compliance areas.Personal Requirements
