The role will support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance, improve reporting capabilities and support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.Support workforce planning and resource analysis.Develop reporting tools, dashboards and financial models.Drive finance process improvements and transformation initiatives.Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful commercial insights.About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.Previous FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with Power BI, Power Query or reporting tools would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
