The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join the finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective financial management and sustainability the company.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director to provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insight to support strategic decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports to support leadership decisions.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Monitor income and expenditure, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Support the preparation of financial statements, audit schedules, and compliance reports.Provide financial modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic and operational decisions.Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and ensure effective budget management.About You
You will be a motivated, analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will have a passion for using data to drive improvement and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria:
AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent experience.Strong analytical and Excel skills.Experience in financial analysis, management accounts, or a similar role.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Desirable:
