Are you an experienced Financial Controller available for an immediate start? We're working with a well-established organisation in Preston that is looking for a hands-on finance professional to join the team on a temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, provide financial leadership, and support the business during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day finance function.Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Support year-end and audit processes.Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights.Lead and support the finance team where required.Work closely with senior stakeholders to support business decision-making.About You
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience.Previous experience working as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.Available to start immediately.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer?
