We're looking for a Finance Systems Accountant to act as the link between Finance, IT and Operations - someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, shaping smarter processes and helping a business get the very best out of its systems.

Some of your duties will include:

Take ownership of core finance systems, ensuring data flows and reporting remain accurate and efficient.

Work closely with finance leaders to review processes and identify areas for automation or system enhancement.

Support the implementation of new tools and upgrades, translating business requirements into practical system solutions.

Provide user support, training and documentation to strengthen finance system capability across the team.

Partner with stakeholders to maintain strong controls and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What we're looking for

Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with experience in ERP or finance transformation projects.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems.

Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
