We're searching for a Senior CNC Engineer & Programmer to lead from the front - someone with a passion for precision, a flair for problem-solving, and the leadership skills to inspire a dedicated CNC team.
What You'll Be Doing
Programming & Setup - Create, test, and fine-tune advanced CNC programs for wood-based products, ensuring top-level accuracy and efficiency.
Team Leadership - Mentor and guide the CNC team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
CAD & SolidWorks - Translate design concepts into production-ready drawings and machine-readable models.
Quality First - Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring every output meets exacting standards.
Troubleshooting - Resolve machine or programming issues quickly to minimise downtime.
Process & Maintenance - Identify workflow improvements while coordinating machine upkeep to keep production running smoothly.
Safety & Standards - Champion health and safety across the team, creating a safe and well-organised environment.
What We're Looking For
Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in CNC programming, manufacturing, or engineering is a necessity.
