This is a rare opportunity to help shape a purpose-built centre designed to nurture digital and advanced manufacturing businesses, foster collaboration, and drive economic growth across West Cumbria.

As Business Director, you'll lead the development and success of the centre - creating an environment where entrepreneurs and small businesses can grow and collaborate.

You will:
* Lead the centre's strategic, operational, and commercial performance
* Build partnerships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors
* Champion business support, innovation, and growth initiatives
* Manage an on-site team and deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Oversee budgets, reporting, and long-term business planning

We're seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader with commercial awareness and a passion for supporting enterprise. You may come from innovation, business support, property, or a customer-led background - what matters most is your ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities.
