Job description
Butler Rose is pleased to be partnering with a reputable FTS250 business based in Manchester who is looking for a Business Liaison Officer. This is a contract until June 2020 to start asap so you will need to be immediately available to start.

As the Business Liaison Officer you will be working alongside procurement to support with an on-going project to ensure Supplier contract framework is in place.

Key responsibilities:

• Create framework agreements and governance for Suppliers of the business
• Engage with the Procurement Team and Operational Teams
• Support the Commercial Manager to allow her to move back to BAU.
• Support the identification of untracked Benefits
• Discussing the frameworks with Directors
• Manage Suppliers and attending regular meetings on site with them maintain a strong working relationship

Key attributes required:

• Experience working within an FM & Commercial industry
• Knowledge and experience working with a supply chain/procurement role
• Ability to liaise at stakeholder level
• Understanding of supplier contracts
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
