Accounts Senior
Fareham based
£28,000 - £35,000
Butler Rose are excited to be representing a well-established and successful firm of chartered accountants in Farnham. This is a consultative firm who pride themselves on nurturing strong client relationships and providing a personalised service.
Due to this, their client base is growing and they are keen to recruit an Account who can develop into a Client Manager role and take on a portfolio of accounting clients.
Role Responsibilities:
Statutory accounts preparation for a diverse range of clients.
Preparation of corporation tax and submission of CT600's to the HMRC
Experience in completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
Attend client meeting and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients
Effectively manage time to ensure work is completed within agreed time and budget
Person Requirements:
At least 2+ years' experience working in a UK based accountancy practice.
ACA/ACCA studier who is ideally part qualified, although candidates at other stages of qualification will be considered.
Current knowledge of statutory accounting, corporation/personal tax and VAT
Excellent communication skills and adept and developing and maintaining strong working relationships
