Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent mid-tier accounting firm with offices based in a highly prestigious area of London, that are eager to appoint an experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to complement the firm's business services department.

Role Requirements -

Manage a portfolio of 10-20 high profile clients mainly from the world of entertainment and media.Daily bookkeeping for clients using XERO and QuickbooksProduction of monthly management accounts to include commentary and analysis.Cash flow forecasting and budgeting as required by clients.Daily bank reconciliationsPreparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns, and dealing with HMRC queries as requiredPurchase and sales ledger processingData entry using various accounting software (Xero and Quickbooks Online)Liaising with clients and their representatives/managersProvide training to junior staff members.Ad hoc tasks as required.

Person Requirements -

Ideally AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA fully or part qualified with 5+ years' experience working in a similar bookkeeper/management accountant role for a UK based accounting firm.Experience of working with high profile individuals to include A list celebrities would be advantageous.Highly proficient in the use of Xero, Quickbooks and other cloud-based accounting experience
