Working closely with Finance, Operational Leadership and Systems teams, youll help establish robust processes and reporting frameworks within a business area that has historically received less focus but is becoming increasingly important to future growth.

* Deliver findings, recommendations and practical solutions to senior stakeholders.
About You
Youll be a technically strong finance professional with a passion for process improvement and operational partnering.
You will ideally have:
* You must possess a strong working knowledge of IFRS 15 and IFRS 102, with proven experience applying these standards on a day-to-day basis in depth across large-scale, multi-disciplinary organisations.
* Experience in project accounting, commercial finance or management accounting roles.
* Experience working within engineering, technical services, infrastructure, manufacturing or similar project-led environments.
* Advanced financial modelling skills.
* Experience improving financial processes, controls and reporting structures.
* Strong ERP experience, ideally involving NetSuite.
* The ability to work with large, imperfect data sets and create clear, actionable outputs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in changing environments.
Why Join?
* Be part of a newly established Commercial Finance function.
* Play a key role in shaping financial processes and reporting standards.
* Partner directly with senior operational and finance leaders.
* Influence systems, reporting and governance improvements.
