As Production Planner, your focus will be on planning production needs and managing inventory levels, ensuring products are ready on time by balancing materials availability with production schedules. Plan material requirements using production forecasts and customer demandMonitor warehouse inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stockAnalyse planning and inventory data to find ways to improve efficiencyLiaise with suppliers to ensure sourced products are delivered on time at competitive costsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience as a planner, production scheduler or materials controller with a strong understanding of inventory management and material planning and ideally experience using ERP or MRP systems.
Offering a salary of £36,000 - £40,000 per annum, working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday and the business offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), annual incentives, pension scheme and the opportunity to upskill and progress.
