Role Responsibilities
Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, managing compliance and planning projects effectively.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax professionals, ensuring high standards and consistent service delivery.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and regulations to inform clients and the team.Act as the primary client contact in the absence of partners, ensuring excellent client service.Identify and develop business opportunities within the private client sector, including attending seminars and building referral networks.Review and sign-off high-risk tax returns and related documents.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to build long-term capability.Uphold professional standards and risk management policies within all work activities.Personal Requirements
