A well-established regulatory consultancy is looking to hire a Prudential Risk Manager to advise investment firm clients on prudential risk management and regulatory reporting.
The role will involve:
Advising clients on prudential regulation (MIFIDPRU / IPRU-INV)Supporting ICARA / ICAAP processes, including stress testingAssisting with RegData reporting and reviewing submissionsFinancial projection reviews for FCA authorisations, VOPs and change in controlGroup consolidation analysis and prudential due diligence for acquisitions
What they're looking for:
Experience in prudential risk / reporting within investment firmsStrong knowledge of FCA prudential frameworks (MIFIDPRU and IPRU-INV)ICARA / ICAAP preparation experienceAccounting capability
