If you are seeking to join a friendly and progressive within an established payroll department working autonomously running your own full end to end payrolls and overseeing another team member, delegating workload, mentoring and leading from the front this is the opportunity for you. The successful candidate should possess previous end to end payroll processing experience processing multiple payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis and have either team leader/manager/assistant manager or payroll senior experience, ready to step up into this fulfilling and autonomous role!

Role Responsibilities

Engaging as a proactive member of a small team, providing team leadership, mentoring and management of another team member.Ability and experience in providing timely and accurate processing of both small and large volume payrolls via Brightpay payroll (knowledge also of Brightpay s a bonus, training can be provided)RTI submissions and HMRC liaison,Processing SSP/SMPAuto enrolment/pensionsResolving payroll queriesSupporting additional team members as requiredProcess starters/leavers P45/P46/P60sCIS/EPS

Person Specification

Ideally knowledge of Brightpay payroll softwareExperience within a full end to end payroll/payroll bureau/inhouse payroll role.Strong organisation and supervisory/management experienceHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.
