The role
We're looking for a motivated Internal Recruiter to join a growing team. This role would particularly suit someone with experience in agency recruitment who is looking to move in-house, or someone early in their recruitment career wanting a more relationship-led environment.
A really exciting role, you'll support the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers and playing a key role in attracting and retaining talent.
What you'll be doing
Managing the recruitment process from brief through to offerWriting and posting job adverts across multiple platformsProactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook and other channelsScreening candidates and conducting initial callsCoordinating interviews and keeping candidates engaged throughoutBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholdersMaintaining accurate records on internal systemsWhat we're looking for
Previous experience in agency recruitment, resourcing, or HR positionStrong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidatesWell organised and able to manage multiple roles at onceA proactive, driven approach with a genuine interest in recruitmentWhat you'll get in return
