The RoleYou'll support the finance team with a range of management accounting duties, including:

Butler Rose are delighted to be working with a successful and growing business in Taunton to recruit an experienced Temporary Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who can quickly integrate into a busy finance team and provide valuable support during a key period.
This varied role will suit an experienced management accountant with strong month-end experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce insightful financial information to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance insights.Post journals, accruals and prepayments accurately and timely.Reconcile balance sheet and identify financial risks.Manage supplier payments, rebates and commission calculations.Oversee credit control and support cashflow management.Maintain fixed assets, depreciation and VAT returns.Support audits and produce ad hoc financial reports.If you're an experienced Management Accountant available for your next temporary assignment, we'd love to hear from you.
