Join a long-established accountancy practice based in King's Lynn that supports a diverse portfolio of local businesses and individual clients across Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team within the Audit & Accounts function. You'll work across various industries, gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory services in a supportive and progressive environment.
Role Responsibilities
Preparing year-end for sole traders, partnerships, and incorporated entities.Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts.Handling VAT return submissions and ensuring compliance with regulations.Supporting cloud-based bookkeeping, primarily using Xero and QuickBooks (training provided if needed).Responding to client queries and providing accounting support.Reporting to senior management and assisting with audit fieldwork when required.Personal Requirements
Previous experience within an accountancy practice is essential.Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Good communication skills and client service orientation.Familiarity with digital accounting platforms (desirable but not essential).Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic firm.Benefits
