An award-winning, top 50 accounting firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to provide advice and guidance to a varied client base.
In this role, you will ensure that client-facing teams are kept up to date on project progress, identify potential issues and deliver high-quality tax solutions. You will also contribute to the growth and success of the tax service line by supporting directors and mentoring your team.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and manage your service line in line with company culture and values.Support directors in achieving targets and operational objectives.Deliver and review technical work on projects including R&D tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence and corporate restructuring.Write and review technical reports, providing constructive feedback to team members.Maintain overall quality and accuracy of client assignments and ensure timely invoicing.Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client relationships.Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute assignments efficiently within budgets.Conduct performance reviews, set objectives and foster a fair, inclusive and supportive team environment.Personal Requirements
ACA, ACCA, CTA or ATT qualified with at least two years post-qualification experience.Solid understanding of corporate tax, international tax, capital gains, income tax and tax advisory.Strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation abilities.Motivated to develop technical expertise and personal growth.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits
