Butler Rose are proud to be partnering with a thriving independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Oxford that's going from strength to strength. You'll be joining a close-knit team that values initiative, collaboration, and quality. The firm's client base is diverse - from family-run businesses and self-employed individuals to large private sector companies - giving you the chance to broaden your skills and experience across a wide range of industries. As an Audit Senior, you'll take ownership of audit assignments, lead fieldwork, and play a key role in developing junior team members, all while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.Supervising and mentoring junior team members.Managing client relationships and delivering clear, actionable insights.Ensuring audits are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with standards.Working closely with managers and partners on a variety of assignments.Requirements:
Proven experience in audit, ideally at Senior level. But this position could also be the perfect next step up for an experienced Audit Semi-Senior looking to progress into a Senior role.ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified with strong technical knowledge.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Confidence working directly with clients and managing multiple assignments.Experience using audit software systems.Why This Role?
