Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a growing and long-established independent accountancy practice in the recruitment of Senior Accountant/Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on practice professional to manage their own portfolio while managing the accounts team and an offshoring team. The role would suit either an experienced Manager or a Senior Accountant looking for a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a client portfolio, primarily sole traders and small limited companiesPrepare and review accounts, personal tax returns, VAT, CIS, bookkeeping, and MTD requirementsAct as the main point of contact for clients, building strong long-term relationshipsManage and support the accounts team as well as a outsourced teamReviewing work and ensure workflow managementReporting directly into Senior Manager and Managing DirectorWork across TaxCalc, Quickbooks and cloud-based accounting software platforms
