Private Client Tax Manager

Salary up to £60,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience level)

Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting one of our clients who's got an opportunity for a Tax Manager to join their growing team.

Role Requirements -

Manage a portfolio of over 500 clients, including High Net Worth Individuals and Trusts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Oversee and review the preparation of Tax Returns, CGT Returns, IHT forms and various other private client compliance matter, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Provide expert advice on tax matters to clients, resolving any queries or issues they may have.Manage the tax department team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery together with appraisal, performance review and manage training needs of the team.Provide reports and ensure billing and recovery targets are met for the department.Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary forms and returns are submitted accurately and on time.Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services to existing clients and develop new business leads.

Personal Requirements -

A minimum of five years' experienceCTA qualified, or equivalent in experience.Good understanding of UK tax regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software.Ability to lead a team.Strong organisational skills and staff, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
