Reporting to the Pricing Director in the U.S, you will be integral in managing and maintaining pricing catalogues, supporting contract / tender negotiations, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, with a particular emphasis on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This is in-part why the role can be offered on a fully remote basis as you'll need an agile working pattern to meet international timelines / time-differences.
Key priorities within the role include:
As a UK-based professional you will ensure alignment with local and regional stakeholders, improving response times and collaboration.Delivers data-driven insights to optimize pricing structures and contract performance.Provide real-time pricing support for European markets, ensuring timely execution of pricing strategies.Enables senior pricing and market access professionals to shift focus toward strategic pricing initiatives, including: Price strategy development aligned with market trends. High-value discussions on market access and tendersMaintain and update pricing catalogues within SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.Work closely with internal teams to implement annual price increases efficiently.Develop insights and analytics that support commercial strategy and pricing optimization.Assist in key business pillars, ensuring smooth operations and effective pricing strategies across departments.Work closely with the Contracts and Pricing Supervisor to manage product listings and pricing structures.Assist in structuring, implementing, and overseeing contract terms to align with business goals. Corporate and Social ResponsibilityCollaborate with the Business Services team to ensure pricing accuracy and resolve pricing queries.Engage with multiple stakeholders across sales, logistics, and warehouse operations to support field inventory pricing.Assists in Negotiating contracts with regional sales leadership teams, ensuring favourable pricing and supply terms.Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and guidelines.Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations as required.Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
The ideal candidate will possess pricing management skills, be proficient in Excel-based reporting, and strong attention to detail ensuring local geography policy and procedures are adhered to. You'll also boast the following skills, knowledge, and / or experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in pricing role.Ideally you'll have experience in the Medical Device or Pharma sectors.Possess pricing management skills, be proficient in Excel-based reporting, and strong attention to detail ensuring local geography policy and procedures are adhered to.Expertise in Excel and Power BI or other data visualisation tools is essential for modeling financial impact and supporting pricing decisions.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related fieldProficiency in SAP for managing pricing catalogs and updates.Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and complex data functions.Experience working with NHS contracts and procurement frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, logistics, and warehouse teams. Medical device experience preferred.Time Zone & Local PresenceOccasional travel may be required

Reporting the U.S, you'll manage end-to-end demand monthly demand planning across APAC, LATAM, and of course the States. This is in-part why the role can be offered on a fully remote basis as you'll need an agile working pattern to meet international timelines / differences.
Spearheading global collaboration across multiple functions and external partners, you'll use KPI metrics, statistical models, and market analysis, evaluating forecasts and assessing how proposed demand events may impact sales volume. Core responsibilities will include:
Builds a multi-tiered Demand Planning process with minimal product families, working cross-functionally within Business Unit (BU) and Sales Geography structures.Develop and maintains a rolling 24-month demand forecast using statistical analysis and cross-functional inputs.Achieves consensus demand plans between sales, marketing, finance, and supply through monthly reviews.Collaborates with key stakeholders to streamline input processes, ensuring efficiency with minimal training required.Coaches and mentors BU Leaders, Sales, Marketing (Product Management), and Distributors in Demand Planning and Demand Control/Execution to drive accountability, accuracy, and stability.
To truly realise success in this role your character assets, qualification, and systems knowledge should include:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply & Logistics, or related field, or 8 years of combined Demand and Supply Planning experience.Experience in regulated industry manufacturing, preferably medical devices, to proactively address potential issues.Experience working with international distributors.Proficiency with ERP data. Knowledge of (SAP(IBP), Kinaxis, Logility, O9 or similar demand planning software), being of benefit.Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and collaborate on business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, SAP Analytics Cloud preferred) and data solutions.
