This is a build role - I'm looking for someone hands-on who can grow the client base, win business across Spot FX, Forwards, and Islamic derivatives (PRS), and cover the full spectrum of UAE corporate clients (mid-tier and large corporates).The ideal person will:Have Islamic banking treasury sales experience.Be hungry, commercially sharp, and quick to turn opportunities around.Be confident engaging directly with CFOs and Treasurers.Ideally have an Arabic language skillset, although this isn't a must.Bring existing UAE corporate relationships or a strong network that can be activated quickly.You'll work closely with a strong GM on the sales side, alongside a developing team.This is a confidential hire.
