Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing and ambitious organisation in Exeter. This role will play a pivotal part in leading and developing the finance team, managing day-to-day financial operations, and driving efficiencies through improved systems, processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the finance function and teamLead the implementation of new systems and processes across the businessManage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditorsTake ownership of budgeting and forecasting activitiesManage cash flow forecasting and financial planningPartner with senior leaders, providing financial guidance on key projects and initiativesSupport the business in achieving key performance and revenue objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to strategic projects and continuous business improvement initiativesAbout You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Highly motivated with a positive, proactive attitudeStrong leadership and people management skillsCommercially minded with excellent analytical abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing business.
