An established and fast-growing international business with offices located near Woburn is looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to support its expanding finance team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid foundational experience in finance who is keen to develop further within a supportive and dynamic environment.

With operations across multiple international markets, the business offers a unique opportunity to apply your finance skills in a global context. Fluency in Spanish is essential, as you'll be regularly communicating with Spanish-speaking colleagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and credit card statementsManage purchase orders and support payment processingAssist with customer billing, cash allocation, and ledger maintenanceHandle client queries and support with debt collection activitiesLiaise daily with international teams, including Spanish-speaking contactsContribute to month-end processes including journals, reconciliations, and reportingProvide general administrative support to the finance function as requiredCandidate Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance or accounts-based role (AP/AR or similar)Fluent in Spanish and English - both written and spokenStrong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systemsAAT Level 3 qualified or currently studying (or equivalent)High attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive attitudeAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment
