Salary £40,000 - £48,000

Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a well-established Firm based in Birmingham. This Corporate Tax Executive role can offer a clear progression path and will give you the opportunity to develop your tax knowledge.

Role Requirements -

Preparation and review of corporation tax computations.Taking an active role in the management of key tax milestones, return and payment deadlines.Corresponding with clients and HMRC.Supporting Partners and Managers on the delivery of tax advisory assignments and planning projects.

Personal Requirements -

The ATT or ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent). Being CTA qualified or part qualified, or looking to study towards the CTA qualification would be advantageous.Tax compliance experience gained from within a mixed tax and/or personal tax environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at various levels.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a high growth Top 20 firm with fantastic offices based in the heart of Central London that are keen to appoint a highly experienced and well qualified corporate tax senior manager to take up a pivotal role in the firm's transactions tax department.

Role Requirements -
Demonstrating strong technical tax knowledge, you will have the ability to provide strategic commercial advice to clients on transactions, and also risk management.
In addition, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, assisting and where possible leading projects, and contributing to the growth of the firm's Transactions Tax offering.

Person Requirements -
CTA, ACCA or ACA qualified with significant corporate tax experience working in the capacity of manager or senior manager for a prominent UK based Top 40 firm.
Possess a deep understanding of tax law and regulations, along with a strong track record in corporate M & A advisory and transactions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey tax strategies and implications to clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in identifying and resolving tax-related issues and challenges during transactions.
