An award-winning, independent accounting and business advisers is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to work with other managers and directors to lead the service line and deliver corporate tax support to clients.

Role Responsibilities

Write technical reports of findings for Research and Development tax credits, capital allowances, share schemes, due diligence and corporate restructuring.Review reports prepared by other team members, providing timely feedback on their work.Ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner.Oversee and develop team members by setting objectives and conducting performance reviews. Act as the primary contact for clients on a daily basis, identifying problems and providing solutions.Ensure Client Relationship Managers are well informed and receive regular updates on project progress.

Personal Requirements

CTA/ AAT/ ACA/ ACCA qualified.Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in practice.Experience in capital gains, allowances, income tax, tax advisory, corporate tax, international tax, budget management, certified public accounting and incorporation work.
