The role will involve managing a portfolio of clients and providing high-quality accounting and tax services to meet their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and submitting tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and reviewing the work of more junior staff members.
Role Requirements -
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients (Ltd Co., sole-traders and partnerships) and building strong working relationships.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements under FRS102-1A and FRS105, and associated corporation tax returns
Managing the day-to-day activities of the accounting team to include review work
Providing advice and guidance to clients on accounting and tax matters
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Developing and implementing new accounting policies and procedures as required
Proficient in the use of accounting software to include IRIS, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage.
Person Requirements -
ACA/ACCA full qualification with ideally 2 years' PQE

The Role -
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to a wide range of private clients. You will play a key part in advising on UK and international tax matters, including residence, domicile, and inheritance tax planning.
Role Requirements -
Manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including non-doms, HNWIs, sole traders, partnerships, and offshore trusts.

CTA qualified (essential) with at least 5 years' private client tax experience, ideally gained within a mid-tier or Top 50 firm.
Strong technical expertise in non-dom and offshore taxation, with up-to-date knowledge of current legislation.
