Butler Rose, Public Practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a multi-awarding winning Top ranking firm, that as part of their ambitious growth strategy have now extended their national presence to include the launch of their ultra-modern Central Birmingham office.
With significant investment, the firm are now eager to build out their Birmingham based senior leadership team with the key appointments of highly experienced audit professionals into Senior Manager and Director level positions.
Role Requirements -
Leading, planning, and delivering a broad range of Corporate external audit engagements.Coaching and developing our trainees into becoming accomplished business advisors.Monitoring budgets and agreeing fees for each assignment.Managing client relationships and expectations.Contributing to business development activities in the Birmingham corporate marketplace.Person Responsibilities -
ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 7 years' experience in external audit at a managerial level working for a prominent UK based firm in the capacity of manager, senior manager, or director.Experience managing a broad portfolio of in scope audit clients.Proven track record of managing audit departments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with key stakeholders.A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm's office.Able to access transport and have a full driving license.Benefits -
Hybrid (2 - 3 days in office) and flexitime working.Up to 30 days annual leave + 3 days over the Christmas period + bank holidaysEnhanced pension schemePrivate healthcare, life assurance (3 x salary) and critical illness coverSeason ticket loans and cycle to work schemes.Please note: The firm is unfortunately unable to hire applicants requiring Visa sponsorship.

Role Requirements -
This role will occupy a pivotal position at the firm's London office where the post holder will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of mainly OMB audit and non-audit clients.
As well as taking the lead in the delivery of a range of audit and accounting services to the existing client base, this role will involve an element of business development both with existing and prospective clients.
Person Requirements -
ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience working for a prominent UK based Top 100 firm in a multi-faceted Accounts and Audit position at a Senior Manager or Director level.
Proven acumen of effectively managing a client portfolio as well as developing existing and new business.
Track record of supervising/managing staff and mentoring them on their career journey.
Commercially minded, and technically strong leader who thrives on autonomy and influence.
