This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit assignments while working closely with senior leadership. The role offers exposure to owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors, alongside clear progression opportunities as the firms audit offering continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs)Carry out audit fieldwork both remotely and on client sitesPrepare statutory accounts and assist with group consolidationsWork closely with Audit Managers and Directors on complex assignmentsBuild strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact during engagementsSupport, mentor, and develop junior members of the audit teamOpportunity to undertake a mixed audit, accounts, and tax workload if desired


Key Requirements

ACA or ACCA qualifiedMinimum 3 years audit experience within an accountancy practiceStrong knowledge of UK GAAP and audit methodologiesComfortable leading audits and working directly with clientsExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
