This is a client-facing role offering responsibility for managing a portfolio of audit assignments, working closely with managers and partners, and supporting the development of junior team members. Role Responsibilities

Personal Requirements

ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with relevant practice experience.Strong background in UK accountancy practice audit work.Experience managing or assisting with audit portfolios across multiple clients.Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS.Strong leadership and mentoring capability with junior staff.Confident communicator with client-facing experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex audit files.Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and work across multiple assignments.

An established accountancy practice is seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Accounts & Audit Senior to join its team and support a diversified portfolio of SME clients. This is a hands-on production role with an approximate 70/30 split between accounts and audit, involving statutory accounts, straightforward corporation tax and self-assessment returns, alongside statutory audit work. The role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to take increasing ownership of a portfolio, with audit work principally focused on academy schools, as well as companies and charities.

Role Responsibilities
