Our client, a well-established international organisation is seeking to appoint a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy HR function on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong Recruitment experience to contribute to the effective delivery of agency management and HR in an internal HR team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient Recruitment and HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of temporary recruitment through multiple agency partnersScheduling pre-employment medical appointments Monitoring and reporting on staff absence, including circulation of reports and follow-up on outstanding actionsProcessing incoming HR paperwork and assisting with payroll-related administrationMaintaining accurate employee records, including onboarding and offboarding, pension administration, and employee changesProducing accurate reports using Microsoft ExcelSupporting wider HR projects and initiatives as requiredWhat's in it for you?:

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
