Working at the heart of an evolving business with a strong sense of heritage and purpose, you'll be supporting the two CEOs through diary coordination, coordinating meeting and coordinating the daily running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support to the two CEOs with professionalism and confidentialityManaging their diaries; coordinating meetings, appointments and arranging travel, accommodation and itinerariesOrganising board meetings; preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and sharing action pointsCoordinating the office maintaining records, managing supplies and general administrationThis position would be ideal for an experienced PA / EA or someone with an organised, proactive nature who is ready to step into this position. Someone who would describe themselves as naturally organised, proactive and able to prioritise an ever changing workload would be ideal! You'll receive a thorough handover and be supported by a wonderful team.
