Job description
A brand new opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding modern business based in their Fareham offices. This managerial role will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for leading the delivery of the routine day-to-day depositary functions to a portfolio of European clients.

Key tasks will include contributing to the day-to-day client relationships for a small but growing portfolio of depositary clients to ensure that high levels of service are delivered; review the depositary output delivered by a small team of direct reports to ensure that all relevant operating procedures, policies and professional guidelines are being adhered to and assisting the Heads of departments in the UK and Europe with regards to monitoring and maximising operational and financial performance of your team.

The role would suit a fully qualified and technically sound candidate ideally from professional practice or with 4-6 years’ fund accountancy experience with team and client management experience. Candidates should have an audit or compliance focused mind set, be highly professional and driven with strong career aspirations.

Those with fluency in French or German will have a distinct advantage and the role will involve occasional travel to their European base.
