Job description
Butler Rose are pleased to be recruiting alongside a well respect accountancy firm in Exeter. Our partner client is looking to bring in an experienced, enthusiastic, progressive and reliable manager to join one of it's teams.

This role is available immediately due to expansion of the business and is a fantastic opportunity for you to build on your career with the support of fellow team leads and partners from above. This role will include the following duties:

• Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Prepare financial management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes.
• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
• Monitor and support taxation requirements.

You will ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified with knowledge of accounting principles and practices. You'll have strong team work skills with experience of nurturing and developing juniors who join the team. If this role is of interest to you please contact Ryan at Butler Rose Finance Recruitment.
