The Opportunity
As Finance Director, you'll play a key role in the financial and commercial performance of the business.
Reporting directly into the CEO and senior Directors, you'll provide financial leadership, commercial insight and constructive challenge across the organisation.
This is not simply a financial control role. The business is looking for a commercially minded Finance Director who wants to be close to the operation, influence decision-making and make a tangible difference.

About You
We're looking for a qualified accountant with significant senior-level commercial experience.
You'll ideally bring:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification10+ years' post-qualification experience in a commercial environmentFinance Director, Head of Finance or divisional finance leadership experienceStrong commercial and analytical capabilityExperience across financial control, forecasting, reporting and cash managementA proven track record of leading teams and developing peopleExperience delivering change and continuous improvementThe confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholdersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused approachMost importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being close to the business and using finance to drive better commercial decisions.
What's on offer?
Salary: Up to £100,000
Relocation: Up to £8,000 towards eligible relocation costs
Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holidays
Pension: 10% employer contribution / 5% employee contribution

The relocation support is subject to the relevant scheme terms and conditions, including repayment provisions should you leave the business within two years.
