An established accountancy firm is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support two partners and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys traditional administrative responsibilities while embracing technology to improve efficiency. Full training will be provided for statutory filings, making this a great role for someone looking to broaden their skillset within a supportive and modern working environment.
Role Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to two partners, including diary management and email coordinationPrepare, format and amend letters, reports, invoices and other business documentsAssist with statutory filings, with full training providedHandle incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionallyMaintain accurate and organised digital filing systemsSupport internal communication and coordination across the departmentHelp improve administrative processes through the effective use of technology and digital toolsPersonal Requirements
At least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a professional services environment such as accountancy or legal servicesConfident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookComfortable learning new systems and keen to use technology to improve efficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProfessional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriatelySelf-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workloadA flexible team player with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideasBenefits
