We're working with a growing accountancy practice in Milton Keynes looking for an experienced Accounts Team Leader to lead a team, manage client relationships and support the continued growth of the business.
The Role:
Lead and develop a team of 3-5 people.Manage your own client portfolio and build strong relationships.Oversee accounts, tax, VAT and compliance work.Provide technical advice and support to clients.Work with senior leadership on business development and process improvements.About You:
ACA or ACCA qualified, with 3+ years' PQE.Previous accountancy practice experience.Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax.Experience managing or mentoring a team.Confident communicator with a commercial and client-focused approach.What's on Offer?
