Talent Acquisition Executive

I am currently recruiting for an exciting business based in Accrington who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their team on a long term fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract. You will be joining a friendly and welcoming people team, to help attract and hire colleagues into the business, with responsibility for the full life-cycle of hiring, including ensuring candidates have an excellent experience, and managing internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the end to end recruitment process, from briefing hiring managers to onboarding of successful candidatesWriting engaging and exciting job advertisements, advertising positions through a number of professional channelsBuilding strong internal relationships with hiring managers, understanding requirements, managing expectations and share recruitment adviceSifting through applications, screening CVs and conducting telephone and video interviewsCoordinating assessment activitiesProviding feedback to candidates and hiring managersUsing a proactive approach to finding candidates, including utilising CV databases, social media and networkingManagement of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate data and reportingEnsuring all recruitment activity complies with employment law, equal opportunities and internal policies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally with some experience in a fast paced industryStrong communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with colleagues and candidates at all levelsExcellent IT literacyThe ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst managing multiple vacanciesOrganised and proactive approach
