Butler Rose Public Practice are delighted to be partnered with our client a highly successful Top 100 firm of accountants based in Camden Town that are now in a position to recruit a well qualified and experienced accounting professional into a Client / Portfolio Manager role to complement the existing team.

The role will hold a significant position at the firms accounts department taking responsibility for a diverse client portfolio of mainly medium to large OMBs.

Role Requirements -

Preparation, review and finalisation of year-end accounts in accordance with FRS102-1A and FRS105 for Limited Companies, sole traders, partnerships utilising source documents or clients' nominal ledgers.Preparation, review and finalisation of business and personal tax computationsCompletion of personal and corporate tax returnsCompletion of IXBRL tagging and submission of accounts to Companies House and HMRCPreparation, review and finalisation of management accounts and cashflowsReporting to partners on job progress and financial targetsSupervision, mentoring and training of junior staff members and assisting in technical issuesPlanning and implementation of technical changes to accounts

Person Requirements -

ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5+ years' experience working for a prominent UK based accountancy practice in a similar client / Accounts / Portfolio Manager role.Proven experience of managing a client portfolio with strong working exposure to accounts preparation (FRS102-1A) and tax returnsProficient in the use of various accounting software to include CCH and XEROExcellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
