A growing accountancy practice is seeking a proactive and personable Client Manager to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to step into a dynamic role offering variety, autonomy, and excellent client exposure within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Role Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of around 60 clients across a range of industries.Prepare and review quarterly management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax returns.Attend client meetings and provide ongoing advisory support.Review work completed by the accounts support team.Liaise with internal bookkeeping and payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance client outcomes.Report directly to the Directors and contribute to strategic decision-making.Personal Requirements
Recently qualified ACA/ACCA (or qualified by experience).Prior experience in a UK accountancy practice is essential.Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory.Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.Comfortable managing deadlines and juggling a varied workload.Eager to grow professionally within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm.This is an ideal next step for someone looking to take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in a modern, expanding practice.
